Managed Broadband Service
A managed solution from Onyx Group takes the hassle out of setting up and the ongoing management of your broadband service. We will provide you with all the pre-configured hardware you will need and support and managed it for you.
Cost: 15 per month extra & an additional 100 set-up fee
Managed Plus Service
If your connection is mission critical we can ensure you have connectivity all the time with immediate ISDN back-up. The service includes pre-configured hardware with ISDN failover capability (This requires you to have and ISDN line See the Onyx T&Cs), which we will maintain for the life of your contract.
Cost: 40 per month extra & an additional 250 set-up fee
Enhanced Care
If you are looking for peace of mind with your broadband connection, Onyx group Enhanced Care can offer service level agreements on support response times.
Cost: 120 per annum extra.
